Bad Services

I had a 2 funeral policies with Old Mutual and last year I cancelled as I had found a better offer somewhere else, however a year later Old Mutual is still deducting the premiums and return them back to my account 2 weeks later. I had been to my nearest branch about the issue and they always say they will forward my complaint to head office, I recently went there again and only was was finally cancelled and the other is still deducting and has not been paid back to my account. I would like for Old Mutual to return the premiums they deducted from my account and never deduct again because the policy was cancelled last year February already.
