Bad services

Old Mutual is the worst and only out to **** people, I have a funeral and life insurance with them for more than 13 or 14 years, but I just found out that my policy has lapsed. I Contact them in March 2024 to advise them that our company will be moving our salary dates from the 25th to the 28 starting March, I was advised not to worry, and they have fixed it on their system and will be debit from the 28 March. Sins then they have been debiting me every month until end of August 2024 when I notes on 03 September the money is still in my account. So, I went onto their WhatsApp and messaged them, and they rep**** (Note: Our records do not reflect any unpaid premiums for you at this time.) I then decidedto send the an email to request them to check for me why I wasn't debit for August 2024 still no reply an the email was send to ***. Again on the 26 September I notest that they tried to debit my account after I changed my debit date with them so I phoned on the 26 September and spoke to Kaylee Ceasar whom told me that I should contact them on the 02 of Oct so they can double deduct as they only do their on a Wednesday after I explained her my story. On the 02 Oct when I phoned to make arrangements and was told by n guy that my policy have lapsed and when I explain my story to him again he then told me not to worry and that he have send an email with all the information so that they can reinstate my policy and he can see that the fault was on their side he even told me that I will not have to pay for the months of August and September and I will receive an email from Old Mutual the next week which I am still waiting for. I than decided to send another email on the 10 of September and still no response from them, today when I phoned, I was told they can't pick my ID number up on their system and I should go into the branch. This is so frustrating because I have never skipped payment over the years and this is what they do to their clients. How can they still expect people to recommend anyone to join them
