bad services

I always read and listen to people that old mutual old its a nonses and have bad services now i did experienced myself today, i took a funeral cover with them now they made a mistake on my Daughter Birth Date and the name, instead of correcting just a date and one letter on the name asked me to send a birth certificate, and other documents and now i mentioned to them and that the certificate its at my home town in mpumalanga and i am working in kzn and now they are busy debiting money but no assistance i am about to close this policy and get cover somewhere else. bad customer services, bad communication.
