Bad service178

I have been disappointed by Old Mutual, I cancelled a policy product with them which was co-joined and only receive one amount. I haven't received the money that was moved to them from February. When asking reasons I am being pushed from pillar to post and the broker(Jacques Venter) is no longer interested and I believe they are still getting money due to that money which is still with them. The owner of the money is still struggling but when the initial recruite us they promise us that " anything you need just call me". Imagine since February up to August nothing and no black and white clarification. I have been patient enough
