BAD SERVICE / WORST SERVICE
I have been trying to cancel my investment for over 2 months. I am currently getting bad service because it took me a few minutes to take out the plan and to cancel I have visited 2 branches and got no help. I think maybe you hire *********** staff that’s why the service is so bad. I don’t think i’ll ever work with old mutual or even recommend people.
