Bad service with old mutual on more than 1 occasion

I've called the customer service 3 times this morning, they keep dropping the call on me. This is very unprofessional you guys are not taking the debit order of my account it's looking bad on my end can someone please assist me with this I do not want my policy canceling I have a bank statement showing me no attempt was made your end to take the money
