Bad service... **** to

Towards the end of June I went to Old Mutual branch in Parow Sanlam Centre to have premium holiday on my policies. But because of the service I got I ended up asking for the cancelation of ALL my policies with old Mutual. Mandy who's the branch manager there told me the premiums would be in my acc within 15 working days, then 40 working days and then she was escalating. I started receiving different amounts in September and in Oct I got some premiums. All these amounts are not the same. My problem though, my Main problem is the profeffionalism or lack thereof from Mandy the branch manager. I have her messeges on my WhatsApp attesting that yes indeed my policies were canceled in here branch, until a sent her proof that those policies were not canceled. She did not appologise for telling a lie..... She just said to me that she was not in front of the PC when she said that. My problem now is these are monies for times of grief, for a manager to give false info while having lunch or even at a tavern (because I don't know where she was when she misled me or when she lid to me) on the policy. I have proof......i heve voice notes of here saying my policies were canceled..... How do I trust such people with my money.... And that of my family or anyone that I know. In my entire life, As a paying customer I have never been **** to....
