Bad service, thinking of moving to a different company.
Old mutual I am still waiting for my refund since 2023!!!!!!!
The last communication I received was that forensics have found the call recordings between myself and the agent who committed ***** I'm still waiting for a feedback, I honestly didn't want to involve the police but you are pushing me to open aa ***** case against one of your agents.
