BAD SERVICE THEY ARE ****** OLD MUTUAL

Old Mutual is ******. I had a max invest retirement fund with them. Cancelled it on 2017. My contract stated they can pay out the money when it is R7000 and below. For nearly a year i have been trying to let them pay it out every month they have excusses it is always above R7000. I have emailed and fax through the withdraw froms with all the documents that was requested. Phoned a lot of times talked to 10 people and no one can help you. After i have send through they placed ***** on my name they reactivated the policy without my premission to do so and they deducted money from my bank account ********ly. Still i have send email phoned and this problem has not been sorted out this service of them is unacceptable. I will never do business with them ever again and i will tel people about how bad you are Old Mutual. All i want is my R7000 paid out to me SAPS.
