Bad service that I recieved from Old Mutual

<p>Hi</p> <p>I have a complaint regarding the cancellation of a funeral policy I had for Gilbert Jack and Wilson Nozigqwaba. Policy numbers<br /> ********** ********** and ********** ********** 4. I only discovered on the <br />21st /06/2017 when I was submitting a claim for Gilbert who passed away on the 9th of June 2017. I was informed that the funeral policy was cancelled on the 1st of January 2016 and I was never informed about that Also the insurance agent that I signed the policy with never informed me about the expiry of these 2 policies.</p> <p>I therefore request that Old mutual refunds me of all the premiums that I paid from 199 till my last premiums paid. Old Mutual should have been responsible enough to contact me and request that I come and sign a new contract . I paid premiums for 17 years and now I'm told that my claim can't be processed after my policy was cancelled without my knowledge.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.</p> <p>Nosipho Jeke</p>
