Bad service, refund not paid.

Very bad service, quick to deduct and slow to refund upon cancellation. I have been with OM for more than 10 years. I have cancelled in May. June they deducted the premium. I requested refund, its more than 30 days now refund isn't paid. I want my money back. Its R1000 and above.
