bad service received Old Mutual

Good Day

i received an email from Old Mutual on the 19/01/2023 stating that my policy has lapsed and to re-instate i had to pay R1120.14 by the 15/07/2023. Then on the 10/07/2023 I made a payment of R1200 with reference policy number *** for them to re-instate.

I made a follow up phone call in August if i am not mistaken to check if policy is reinstated. On the 14/09/2023 i received an sms saying my request is in progress after making the payment in July 2023.

Till now i am not sure what the status of my father's policy is. My dad is 76 years old and i have had this policy since 2008 i do not want it to lapse.
