BAD SERVICE -PROVIDENT FUND PAYOUT

I was retrenched , and to do date when I call to regarding my provident payout I get sent from pillar to post now today , I was advised my claim was sent for queries when the first consultant I spoke to advised my claim should have been already. Now my question is what is there to query as no one can give my a direct answer or date as to when my funds will paid. THIS IS FRUSTRATING to say the least. The claim was submitted by my previous employer 31.03.20220.
