Bad Service Pension

I have had various investments with old mutual over the past 20 years About 5 years ago i with drew my unit trusts as they were dropping in value Recently i found out that my pension fund capital dropped by R300000 over a short period This has resulted in my monthly annuity dropping from R8500 to R6900pm Do the port folio managers not check on a regular basis what funds are not growing and advise clients to consider changing to other investements, clearly not I have repeatedly emailed my port folio mamanger Martinus Martin but with no response at all I am shocked at the bad service and bad investment management with a dont care attitide, so tough luck at 61 years old just battle on we dont care about your money I want some compensation for this shocking situation
