Bad service on Refund

<p>being submitting my forms a numerous times via fax as stated on the forms, for my policy refund and i have no response in the last 4 months going on now, i get no emails, calls, texts no communication at all.</p> <p>calling the Call center is a waste of time you sent on the line forever .</p>
