Bad service on payout
I use to live in Nambia and took out 2 polities with them. After returning to SA and living here for 6 years plus iam trying to get then to pay me out. Tje one policy in Namibia side has payed me and they have send SA a email regards rthe other one as its registered this side or something like this. After almos 2 weeks iam still waiting for feedback so we can arrange payout. How can this take so long?
