Bad service on a a scale of 1-10 i give a negative

My husband was working for dairbelle in Cape Town and the company was liquidated and Saccawu was handling their case as employees to get their pay outs, we moved to PE and in 2015 my huisband was called to come and sign some docs in Saccawu Cape Town, up until today we are following up with no help from Saccawu i have called every number on that i can find on the internet since the one in Cape Town is always ringng with no response when it is picked up you are tols a message would be passed , we are waiting for some forms that my husband still needs to fill in so that they can be sent to the liquidation firm, still nothing It is just a matter of sending the docs, but it is so hard to do, We have had no help at all, i just found out now that Saccawu is under old mutual maybe someone from OM can help because Saccawu is of no help at all
