Bad Service Oldmutual
I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted at the service I have experienced from Oldmutual westgate mall Roodepoort. I surrended a policy cin September 2020 and was supposed to get a pay out in 3 to 5 working days. Today as I type this it is the 8th of December 2020 still nothing after several visits to the branch and Consultations with the Branch manager nothing happened. Truly disappointed and fairly disgusted for this kind of treatment....
