Bad Service/OLD MUTUAL will not invest with OLD M

My father passed away last month. He had Policies with Old Mutual. We went to Linda Redelinghuys! Lots of 1st Place for performance etc, but when a small policy walks in....no service and late service. the day we were there, she helped us and then when we were gone 10 days later we phoned and they forgot to send the documentation through to Old Mutual. So now we have to wait another 10 days after we phoned them to find out what happened. I did my mothers annuity and Magda send us the papers,on the 27 August 2015 I filled it in and forgot to attach it on my email, today 31 August I received a mail they did not receive my mail. Later today Magda send me the mail she did not receive back and then said nothing was attached. So I think they are jut there to make money and then you are on your own. Well done Old Mutual the Company is just after money and no service
