BAD SERVICE OLD MUTUAL MAX RETIREMENT INVESTMENT
I am not getting any action in my Max Investment retirement paid out to Sygnia. They have all docs and ROT. I AM GOING INTO MY 4TH MONTH OR Retirement without income due to Old Mutual lack of action.

14 Sept 2023, 11:06Many kind thanks for the reply back from Old Mutual. I am still disappointed that I had to revert to Hello Peter to get a response. But it worked. Let's see if I now get action in getting my retirement money converted to the annuity plan I have put in place 4 months ago. I don't know why big companies have support phone in systems when they don't work and you are not allowed to speak directly to department involved.
