BAD SERVICE OLD MUTUAL GROUP SCHEME.

When calling old mutual is a nightmare. I held on on more than 9mins . Eventually consultant named Mkhululi Sitshon***e picked up the phone .He sounded like he is still asleep i wanted him to explain about the premium holiday that i want to take. I asked him where must i email it to Mkhululi Sitshon***e told me i must find on the document.His tone of voice sounded sleepy and not interested at all. I even asked if he is still sleeping. because i could hear from his tone of his voice.

Can Old Mutual hire people that sound more enthuastic and happy. we cant cant have people who dictated by their mood swings its disrespectful.
