Bad service: OLD mutual

I am very disappointed with Old Mutual insurance, I have a policy with them and the bad service I have been receiving from them makes me wonder if they will ever assist me in times of need.

1st their call center is always busy and you hold forever, if you try to get help online there is still no joy. they just send a few emails responding amiss still. You'd think I'm not a paying customer
