BAD SERVICE OLD MUTUAL

Worse service you can get from Old Mutual!!!! Submitted a death claim VIA brokers, Old mutual keep telling the broker claim was approved payment is being done, its been 3 weeks now and no payment and the Lady dealing with the claim don't answer her phone and don't call back when you leave message.

will definitely change my policy to another insurer after this is done!!!
