Bad service old mutual
My mother passed away in 31 ugust 2020 made a claim but we yet receive payment in December 2020 after dealing with rude consultants that they will hang up a call on your ear.... Then decided to cancel all my products with old mutual... Submitted documents 9 Feb 2021 till today they hang up calls or not answering even not responded to my request.... Bad service ever... Miss premiums payment they will call u every minute....

05 Mar 2021, 11:59Decided to give old mutual a call and asked why my policy is not canceled instead paid up..... Was told that I need to send documents... Im like my sista why cause documents I have sent why is it paid up... He just let me speak to myself then hang up.... How rude.... Can sum1 cancel my policy want nothing.... To do with old mutual... They did the same when was claiming for my late mother funeral benefit...... This is bull ****
