Bad service old mutual

Hi my sister died in december her providend fund is with old mutual super death devision her work reported her death on the 30th of december they send everything too the super death devision on the 11 of january 2021 i had to phone them and send emails is may 2021 just too hear the paperwork is not right i spoke with a mrs s adonis ive send her also the right papers up until now i havent heard anything from them ive send numerous emails and phoned cant get a hold of her this is such bad service i have no idea how to get a hold of them anymore and that for money we are entitled too she had beneficiries i cant give old mutual a thumbs up for such bad service when i phoned old mutuals customer service the women told me she sees only movement is january still and ive send the papers again on 18 june 2021 alse for mrs adonis
