Most pathetic service...their customer service and complaints department is non existant

Cant believe this, this place is pathetic with customer sercice....they dont give a ****. A very long time ago this company was good, now its pathetic...cant believe it. It seems they blatently ignore urgent assistance.....pathetic!!!!
