Bad service in processingclaims

My name is Sizwe my wife use to work for Town Talk and her provident fund was Saccawu provident fund which is handled by Old Mutual when she left the company due to liquidation the withdrawal forms where submitted to Old mutual in October 2014 up until now the claim has not been paid every time she phones she get send from pillar to post yet no one is interested in helping her i am disgusted by the level unprofessionalism displayed by Old Mutual employees who has no sense of urgency and Loyalty to their customers
