Bad service from Secunda Old Mutual

Hi. This is about old mutual bad service in Secunda. I tried to see them to review my retirement plan, as usual they could not let me see the financial advisor. I was sent to their call center and they also referred me back to the financial advisor. This has been recurring for 2weeks and no one is willing to assist me. Financial advisor building their receptionist is so impatient and doesn't assist or allow me to see my financial advisor of which I don't even know who that is since they change them like diapers. One thing I regret was taking policy with them, I have never find joy with this company and I want to cancel every policy I have them anymore. With other institutions I receive better service, I have never received any good service from them for the past 16years.
