Bad service from Old Mutual Unit Trust
i have immense problems to sell unit trusts. i have sent selling forms 3 times now and the officials keep on requesting them. Today another email saying they did not receive the forms. i forwarded a full set on 16 August but they rep**** have not recived. Either the need glassers or cant undeerstand English. the reference number thay keep oin quoting IS CEA*** customer ***. i request action immediately. since 11.8.2021 have had problems.

23 Aug 2021, 17:52- What a stupid company you are. I emailed you new FICA informatioin on 13 August 2021. Now after 10 days you query my address. What gives is it policy to ignor emails? I will lose R10000 because of your lack of any sense and i demand that you increase any amount which you hopefully intend to pay me.
