Bad Service from Old Mutual Superfund
It is absolutely mind boggling to deal with this company (in particular the Superfund) in order to get your Provident Funds transferred to another company (and i am sure the same goes for any other requests). I have been kept in the dark for 2 months yet there is no end in sight. Very, very poor communication and customer service !
