Bad service from Old Mutual staff.

I had opened an investment account with Old Mutual with one of their financial advisors Lawrence Mcedisi Radebe. He opened the policy and included an accidental disability cover which i didn't request for. Now i want to cancel that disability cover and he is telling me stories that he no longer works for the company, he will ask someone else to come to me, only to find out he is still with the company, but he is avoiding me. Please advise on how to escalate this matter. Thank you.
