Bad service from old mutual insurance
Old mutual sold me a contract that was different to what I understood. I canceled it in July 2025. I did not know that premiums were going off from August 2025 via stop order. I approached old mutual in October. Up until now, being January 2026, the premiums have not been stopped and since October 2025, I am still waiting for a refund. I will never recommend old mutual. Service is pathetic
