Bad service from Old Mutual Finance

<p>I am not happy with the service I received today.</p> <p>I app**** for a loan online and received notification that I qualify for a certain amount and that someone would call me back.</p> <p>4-5 hours later I called in because no one had called me yet. The agent that took my call told me that she couldn't help me. I then asked to speak to her supervisor.</p> <p>The supervisor easily found my application and told me that an agent would call me back in the next 30 minutes to complete the application. That was 2 hours ago. No Phone call.</p> <p>All I am trying to do is to give you mu business. Why must I get such bad service...?</p>
