Bad Service from Old Mutual

What a shameful experience that I have with their claims department. I lost my husband in June 2021. I've been sending emails, calling not even one person acknowledges, in fact nobody cares.l because they are not the ones who are feeling the pain.😭😭😭😭. Myself and my kids are about to be evicted from the house and yet my husband has been paying for his policy for the past 20 something years? Is this the manner that Old Mutual treat widows??? The kind of treatment I'm receiving from the company is very painful and disappointing... 💔💔
