BAD SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL

Old mutual can inconvenience you, I have been making follow ups with my funeral policy to check if I am up to date, first time I was told all is up to date, second time I was told I am 1 month behind I made cash payments I even sent proof of payment, yesterday I was told one of my policies is behind with 4 months. After all the effort making follow up with them they tell me this. I will not recommend anyone to join old mutual, not impressed at all.
