Bad Service from Old Mutual

Old Mutual has been in the industry for so long but their service is appalling. They need to take lessons from the new comers like Outsurance and Discovery. Their processes are fast and seamless.

Old Mutual can’t even keep up with their own turnaround times. They are not communicating I always have to be the one calling them and I get to be taken from pillar to post leaving me frustrated.
