Bad service from Old Mutual.

Not happy with Old Mutual. My Old Mutual consultant activated a new retirement policy. Knowing that we had a agreement that she would transfer my pension money into A new Old Mutual fund then i would contribute a extra R1000 p/m to the new fund. She could not transfer the pension to the new fund. But still continued with the R1000 new policy ( without consulting me). After the first debit order, i went to Old Mutual ( Springs Mall) on the 5 July 2023 to cancel the new policy. I was told the policy was cancelled. This month August another payment was deducted. I tried to contact my broker but she does not respond to my messages and phone call.
