Bad Service from Old Mutual

I closed a Investment Policy with Old Mutual at Wonderpark Branch. I was advises that it would be actioned by the Contact Centre. I supp**** banking details without the knowledge that FNB has closed my account without informing me. I then went back and forth to update my banking details. I Have been going back and forth with this request. Staff dont know what to do, empty promises by Old Mutual. Old Mutual its been over a month please transfer my money so wont have to deal with you again.
