Bad service from head office staff
How long does old mutual take to pay unit trust? Cause I have been to the branchs so many times with out getting clear answer from head office staff.

I don't know if this how Old mutual deals with black people were u don't respond to them only leaves them in dark cause u no longer making money from them. I think my next option is to go to ombuds.
