Bad service from Conelia, ilanga mall branch, Nelspruit

Would like to lay a complain against one of the consultants at Old Mutual ilanga Mall Branch,Nelspruit.

I have been a client for Conelia since she was at the Riverside Branch...so last month Old Mutual was late for debating so she called me to ask what was wrong and i told her that i have moneybin my account so it is their fault...then later the debit went through...

So today i got a missed call from her...as a good person i returned her call but from morning till 4 I couldn’t...she would pick upbthe fone and tell me she is busy then hang up...then later slammed the fone in my ears...so i sent her an sms

Then suddenly she now had time to fone me, instead of apologizing she told me the reason she foned me earlier is not important and i should just leave her in peace, because her clients understands her and i should have waited for her to call me back regardless how long it was gonna take...

People like her give businesses bad names...i am now thinkingnof canceling my Life insurance ,settle my loan, close the bank account and keep telling people how bad your consultants are..
