bad service from broker.

They have given me the most pathetic service ever. Trying to get assistance with my old mutual policies and they are driving me in circles. They dont pick up their calls and only respond to emails when they feel like it. Made me sign forms that are not even written old mutual. when I asked for my statement, I was told that I will get it after 3 months because it takes time to get these things. Anyone who is under these brokers, please verify if they are legit.
