Bad Service from AFD Service Center.
I wish I could give no stars !!!! Does your AFD department sill exist, if so, is there turnover time 48 hours or 3 weeks? I can not blame the clerical personal for the bad feed back time ,or no feed back at all, Team Leaders are to blame for not doing spot checks. OM rateing is 1.48 which is a shocker.
