Bad Service for Retireree's

The Old Mutual Customer Service Centre service is non-existent . You hold on telephonically for more than 15 minutes every time you need assistance ...then promises are made to finalise matters and that never gets attended to...as a result my client has been without an income for more than 4 months now...thanks to the delays caused by non-delivery of Old Mutual !!....
