bad service for payout

I called in on 28 august the consultant confirmed documents received and will get payout in 14wotking days.

I then called in 11 september to find out how far process is was told to date the page which I did n returned .

I called in today to be told documents was only received on 11 sept. Which is ridiculous as I was expecting payout tomorrow.

I'm so happy I'm canceling with old mutual as this is service I'm getting.
