Bad Service
Bad service, RA withdrawal submitted 02/06/2022. Old Mutual confirmed it will be finalized within 19 working days. We followed-up a few times, still no payment and feedback is still in processing. The 19 working days are long overdue.

04 Aug 2022, 09:05After my review, the Complaints Department sent an mail confirming they will look into the matter and give feedback. It's more than a week later and was followed up 2 twice. No feedback and still no payment.
