Bad service

I took life cover with contract reference *** after I have begged them and nagged that I want the policy to only start on Aug 2023 and the sales consultant who is Taetso Tholo assured me it’s scheduled to begin then and confirmed on email and today I can absa debicheck for mandate of the 25 where the month is not even specified can you pls cancel this policy because I have asked that I don’t want debit orders for June and July as finances were planned ahead this is a pathetic service I don’t want any debit orders in my account as asked for June and July
