Bad service

So I decided to give another try after the incident that was resolved after I wrote here,I had an investment with old mutual since am no longer working I went in to cancel it and get back the money, Surrender net was R1395 but when they pay me I only got R1167 I kept on asking via email why so no one cares to answer,I would be ok if I was told it's deduction but now am asking myself so much for deductions.
