- Don’t call the customer if you are not prepared : Old mutual Manager from Dobsonville called in not prepared , she called me and advised that she will call me again after 20mins she is busy with something meaning im not important .im not sure if the call is recorded or not , i would like to have a cope of the recording
- I believe the method of communication is English , she was communicating with me in Tswana I don’t understand Tswana at all .
- The method of greeting was not professional at all .
- i didn't understand what she was saying when she was communicating in Tswana .
- can someone who can communicate in English call me .
