Bad service

I have a tax free investment with old mutual. I made a withdrawal on the 1st of July 2024 and completed the required documents. I still have not received the payment. I had called and visited the branch so many times and I'm always promised I'll get the money. It's frustrating to go through all of this when I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years.
