Bad service
On 04 May 2022 I made an application to withdraw funds using whatsapp and I subsequently received reference number and to date there's been no response from old mutual. And surely if there was a mistake I would have been contacted considering that I have around 7 products with them surely a courtesy call wouldn't have harmed their reputation. I'm now not even sure if they will really pay should there be an unforseen circumstance. I think I should start shopping for a good service provider who takes their clients serious.
